Examples of certified notary requests are, but not limited to, real estate forms/documents, business documents, medical documents, family documents, motor vehicle documents, passport documents, mortgage closing documents, affidavit, wills, designation of beneficiary, structured settlement, supporting documents for disability claims, and other documents in need of an oath, jurat, authorization and acknowledgement.

The replacement of an existing debt obligation with another debt obligation under different terms. Typically refinancing to a lower interest rate or at a lower cost, this can include student loans, home mortgages, and car loans just to name a few.
Home Equity Line of Credit or often referred to as HELOC, is a loan in which the lender agrees to lend a maximum amount within an agreed period, where the collateral is the borrower’s equity in their house.
A reverse mortgage is a mortgage loan, usually secured by a residential property, that enables the borrower to access the unencumbered value of the property. The loans are typically promoted to older homeowners and typically do not require monthly mortgage payments.
A line of credit is a credit facility extended by a bank or other financial institution to a government, business or individual customer that enables the customer to draw on the facility when the customer needs funds.
Purchases include acquiring a new asset or loan such as a mortgage, car loan, student loan, or commercial entity.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be made by phone or email.
Appointments cancelled two hours prior to the scheduled appointment will be refunded in full. Appointments cancelled less than two hours prior to the scheduled appointment will result in a $25 cancellation fee.
Any cancellations as a result of Notary Public’s actions will be fully refunded and any errors caused by Notary Public will be done free of charge.
