Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be made by phone or email.
Appointments cancelled two hours prior to the scheduled appointment will be refunded in full. Appointments cancelled less than two hours prior to the scheduled appointment will result in a $25 cancellation fee.
Any cancellations as a result of Notary Public’s actions will be fully refunded and any errors caused by Notary Public will be done free of charge.
