Meet Dee
I have over 15 years experience as a notary closing/signing agent, 5 years as real estate agent, 5 years in mortgage/lending/underwriting, and 2 years in the title/escrow fields, with additional experience in security. I am certified by National Notary Association (NNA) as a Signing Agent; Certified LSS, NSA certified, eNotary certified and a Certified Notary Trust Delivery Agent.
My communication skills and knowledge of all closing documents, disclosures and their functions from conducting hundreds of closings as a Notary Signing Agent, enables me to interact and easily point out in the documents to answer any questions signers may have without interfering with the transaction on behalf of either party. I ethically adhere to strict lender closing instructions, administering oaths and affirmations, taking affidavits and ensuring the signer is sound mind.
